CLAIM OPENING METHOD

In the event of complaints about the service offered or inaccuracies / deficiencies on the Certificate, please give us reasons by opening a complaint.

In compliance with the requirements of the UNI CEI EN ISO / IEC 17025: 2018 standard, BOCCHI manages complaints from the market on the basis of a specific Management Procedure called "NON-CONFORMITY AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS" - PG. 06.

For any reports you can:

c. Submit a written complaint to the following PEC: bocchi@legalmail.it;

BOCCHI undertakes to provide you with an initial written reply within 10 days. working from receipt of the complaint and notification of closure within 25 days. working from the date of opening the complaint; In the event that the actions necessary to close the complaint involve a longer time, BOCCHI will notify you of the expected timing.

BOCCHI guarantees the protection of the personal data of all subjects who use the complaints service, according to the privacy legislation currently in force.
